Josh Ridpath is a real estate agent and commercial appraiser based in Richmond, Virginia. He earned his bachelor’s degree in real estate and a Master of Science in business with a concentration in real estate valuation from the Kornblau Real Estate Program at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), where he currently serves as a faculty member. He is also a designated member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI).

With over a decade of commercial real estate experience and a background in residential construction, Josh has expertise in markets throughout Virginia, Ohio, and South Florida. His keen eye for detail and deep understanding of valuation and underwriting processes enables his clients to act with confidence and clarity.

Outside of real estate, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, Alyson, and their three children, listening to jazz, and walking.
